Requirements

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of industry experience developing robotic, automation, or autonomous systems.
  • Experience designing and integrating complex systems involving sensing, embedded computing, control, and actuation.
  • Strong understanding of robotic perception, sensor fusion, control systems, and system integration.
  • Demonstrated success delivering robust systems from prototype through field deployment.
  • Preferred Qualifications Experience developing vision-guided robotic manipulation systems.
  • Expertise in multimodal sensor fusion architecture.
  • Experience with NVIDIA Jetson, multi-core MCU/NPU platforms, Isaac Sim, or related robotics frameworks.
  • Background in robotic hands, manipulators, humanoid robots, mobile robots, or autonomous machines.
  • Familiarity with motor control, servo systems, BLDC/PMSM drives, and power electronics.
  • MCU motor-control expertise: advanced timers, center-aligned PWM, ADC-injected sampling, DMA, capture/compare, and fault handling; interrupt latency management and fixed-point math. #LI-EC1 For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.

  • Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $157,080 to $227,460.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
