Principal Engineer, Foundry Engineering

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with R&D and Business Units to evaluate new technologies aligned with roadmap goals.
• Lead end-to-end process transfer and qualification projects to support scalable and resilient manufacturing.
• Drive data-driven yield improvement and quality enhancement efforts across multiple technology platforms and fabs.
• Cultivate partnerships with foundry suppliers to drive engineering/operation excellence.
• Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: 10+ years in semiconductor process, device, or product engineering.
• Education: MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical programs end-to-end in development or high-volume manufacturing Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent team leader and strong communication skills (verbal & written) Self-motivated with strategic thinking and leadership capability.
• For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
