PM, Project / Program Management (Eng)

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate project activities to ensure milestones are delivered on time.
• Track schedules, tasks, and dependencies using Jira.
• Maintain documentation and project information in Confluence.
• Support NPI build readiness, material coordination, and workflow alignment.
• Identify and track risks, issues, and action items.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
• Communicate upcoming releases and changes to keep the team informed.
• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. 3–4 years of experience in project or program management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Project Management Tools (Required or Preferred) Jira – task tracking, workflows, dashboards Confluence – documentation, decision logs, project pages MS Project– schedules and timeline management Excel / PowerPoint / SharePoint – reporting and tracking Microsoft Teams– communication and collaboration For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
