Planner I, Production Planning

What You'll Do

• Responsible for the planning activities on order - master scheduling, factory planning, and delivery commitment.
• Review, analyze and optimize forecast/ demand vs actual loading trend and overall capacity/ material planning.
• Monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite lots to ensure shipment are on time.
• Driving production for shorter cycle time and On Time delivery performance to achieve/ exceed the goals of the company target and customer expectation.
• Drive continuous improvement project.
• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering , or related field 0 - 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain (fresh graduates encouraged) Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills Ability to make data-driven decisions with business understanding Computer proficiency across Excel, Power Apps, Python, SQL, AI Agents Ability to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and writing For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
