• MBA) is a plus. 4+ years’ experience in similar or adjacent role with demonstrated understanding of the business value of partner programs.
• Background in semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
• Executive level communication and presentation skills Commercially minded but focused on value exchange between partners.
• Proven experience driving measurable outcomes through partners, including tracking progress against goals, milestones, or performance indicators.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and seniority levels without direct authority.
• Strong judgment and problem‑solving skills, with experience escalating and resolving partner issues in a structured, outcomes‑focused manner.
