Operator 3, Traffic/Warehouse

What You'll Do

• Receive goods against purchase orders and verify deliveries against delivery dockets and SAP information Maintain accurate records of received goods Issue spare parts, silicon, chemicals, and gases to manufacturing through SAP Process returned parts and put-aways using SAP warehouse management Deliver parts and non-stock items across the site as required Update SAP records as required by engineers and vendors Support all aspects of warehouse operations and highlight any issues where necessary Maintain high housekeeping standards within the warehouse area Follow all health and safety procedures and departmental standards Work closely with team members to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently Follow established procedures and work effectively with minimal supervision Skills, Knowledge and Experience Third-level qualification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or 2-5 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or stores environment Experience working with SAP or similar warehouse management systems is an advantage Forklift licence is an advantage Clean driver’s licence Comfortable operating warehouse equipment Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business systems Strong communication and analytical skills Good customer service skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good timekeeping Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Sense of urgency and ability to prioritise tasks Knowledge of 6S and lean principles is an advantage What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• The successful candidate will be a team player who can adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and contribute positively to the day-to-day success of the warehouse operation.
• For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
