Operations RMA Lead

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the movement of returned product through receiving, inspection, and planning functions to support efficient processing and timely disposition.
• Drive prioritization of troubleshooting and rework activities within the operations group to maintain progress on active field returns.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools that provide clear visibility to the status of field returns in process.
• Collaborate with support organizations to ensure technical and logistical support is in place to enable efficient turnaround of field returns within defined time expectations.
• Monitor progress against turnaround expectations and escalate delays, risks, or support gaps as needed.
• Coordinate offline work in process related to field returns and broader operations priorities to support smooth execution.
• Identify recurring process issues and recommend practical improvements that strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements for quality and reliability, as well as internal goals for cost and delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
