What You'll Do
- Conducts calibration, preventive maintenance (QA, WWPA/REL) and repair activities according to company prescribed standards.
- Generates and distributes weekly recall notification to all concerned department.
- Controls, maintains and updates equipment history using recall system.
- Conducts regular monitoring of equipment performance and traceability.
- Facilitates preparation, planning, shipping and receiving test and measuring equipment under offshore services.
- Monitors and maintains the target metrics.
- Monitors and works on calibration overdue and backlogs.
- Creates and replenishes ref cal units used in hardware calibration and handler stability check.
- Checks calibration and PM certificate to ensure correctness and conformance of data to the required specifications.
- Assists engineers in the conceptualization, design, and qualification activities.
- Provides regular feedback to immediate supervisor on matters affecting equipment performance.
- Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and specifications in the execution of function including the proper use of tools and instruments.
- Recommends tools and instruments needed in the equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
- Generates daily activity reports to ensure proper endorsement to the next crew.
- Maintains good housekeeping habit and orderly work area.
- Ensures adherence to EHS safety procedures and use of safety equipment.
- Observes proper ESD precaution when handling electronic components, PCB’s and other electronic hardware.
- Participates on any trainings available as part of the organized learning.
- Participates in company quality improvement programs such as Kaizen, BTM, TQM and other related programs.
- Promotes and adheres to Company’s commitment on corporate social responsibility.
- Performs other related jobs/duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.

- Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
- Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
