Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, cleanroom operations, or a comparable advanced manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading supervisors and large frontline manufacturing teams in a high-volume production environment.
  • Previous management experience in a semiconductor wafer fabrication facility.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience utilizing manufacturing systems such as MES, ERP/MRP platforms, production scheduling, dispatching systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven ability to leverage operational data and analytics to improve performance and drive business results.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while balancing safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives .
  • Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related technical discipline.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other Continuous Improvement certification.
  • Experience supporting automation initiatives, digital manufacturing systems, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Experience leading operations within a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
  • Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
  • Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

  • Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: No Shift Type: Variable The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $112,000 to $154,000.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time , and other benefits.
  • Benefits for the position includes 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation starting at 136 hours per year for full-time employees (prorated for part-time employees), and paid sick time that exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Sick Leave law.
