What You'll Do

  • Build and expand the analytics capability within the supply chain planning organization by leveraging manufacturing, inventory, demand, and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources and translate findings into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify root causes of supply chain challenges, including supply-demand imbalances, inventory risks, capacity constraints, and operational disruptions, and drive corrective actions.
  • Develop scalable analytical models and frameworks that enable repeatable decision-making across planning processes.
  • Own and enhance the dashboards, reporting tools, data models, and queries used to support executive reviews, revenue forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Partner with supply chain planners, manufacturing teams, finance, and business leaders to ensure insights are translated into measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead the adoption of AI and advanced analytics capabilities to improve forecasting, anomaly detection, scenario modeling, and decision support.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and establish scalable analytics solutions and best practices that can be deployed across the planning organization.
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience working with large-scale operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or planning datasets.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, visualization, and analytical tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Experience applying AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or data science techniques to solve business challenges.
  • Experience developing forecasting, optimization, simulation, or decision-support models.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain planning, or capacity management processes.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels in a fast-paced environment.

  • Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $109,600 to $150,700.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
