- Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated senior Integration and Yield Technician to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude in the workplace and demonstrate strong technical expertise by analyzing data, troubleshooting yield losses, and ensuring process stability within the Integration/Yield functional area and supporting WAT prober file setup, troubleshooting Test setup issue for efficiency and accurate testing.
- These technicians often work in cleanroom environments, ensuring strict compliance with safety and contamination protocols.
What You'll Do
- Yield Enhancement & Data Analysis: Monitoring electrical performance data and inline defectivity metrics to identify, analyze, and resolve root causes of low yield.
- Production Support & Troubleshooting: Assisting engineers in investigating manufacturing process variability, material disposition, and resolving production holds, WAT prober file setup, troubleshooting Test setup issue for efficiency and accurate testing Process Monitoring & Control: Inspecting wafers using optical or electron microscopes, ensuring manufacturing equipment operates within set parameters.
- Documentation & Reporting: Creating detailed reports on experimental results, process deviations, and documentation to support process integration teams.
- Experimentation Support: Running predefined tests (DoE - Design of Experiments) on the fab floor to support product qualifications and new technology introductions.
