About This Role

  • We are seeking a motivated and proactive Graduate Engineer to join our Facilities Department at Analog Devices in Limerick.
  • This role will support project management and mechanical engineering activities across various new capital projects.
  • Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of capital projects.
  • Provide mechanical engineering support for facility upgrades and new installations.
  • Develop and review the mechanical design and support the project team Review technical submittals, equipment registers and trackers Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Assist with meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to find timely business solutions.
  • Analyze project data and provide detailed reports to management.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks including EHS.
  • Support the preparation of technical documentation and specifications.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical engineering.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft office suite.
  • Preferred Skills: Strong analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Additional Information: This is a full-time role based at our Limerick facility.
