• The Global EHS Manager , based in Cavite, Philippines, leads enterprise-wide processes for sustainability metrics, carbon accounting, data validation/verification, and trend analysis across ADI’s global manufacturing and non-manufacturing operations.
• The role is accountable for driving EHS systems governance, standardization, and continuous improvement , ensuring alignment with Analog Devices’ ESG strategy, regulatory requirements, and external reporting standards.
• This position plays a critical role in supporting and strengthening EHS operational performance by partnering with global stakeholders to implement strategic and effective environmental, health, and safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance and drive risk reduction initiatives, while building organizational capability and fostering a strong, globally aligned EHS culture.
