  • Experience working in high-volume or statistically controlled manufacturing environments Six Sigma or Quality-related certifications (Green Belt, Black Belt, CQE, ISTQB) Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and risk awareness Cross-functional collaboration Customer-focused mindset Continuous improvement orientation ​ Major Duties & Responsibilities : Provide QA engineering support for high-volume semiconductor of automotive, commercial, medical, military and aerospace and industrial - grade manufacturing , ensuring stable production, process capability, and product conformance.
  • Establish and maintain quality requirements in alignment with Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) product specifications, automotive customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Lead and facilitate 8D problem-solving activities , including root cause analysis (RCA), and drive effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
  • Act as a quality focal point for internal customers , responding to inquiries related to ADGT operations, quality systems, reliability performance, product qualification, and environmental compliance.
  • Partner with Manufacturing and Process Engineering teams to review and approve changes impacting Control Plans, PFMEA/DFMEA, process flows, and inspection criteria , ensuring risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Support customer specification reviews , PPAP submissions, and customer audits, ensuring all requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, including automotive customer-specific requirements (CSRs).
  • Apply strong working knowledge of IATF 16949 Core Tools , including: 1.
  • PFMEA / DFMEA 3.
  • Control Plans 4.
  • MSA Support product reliability, qualification, and change management activities common to semiconductor and automotive and other product-grade devices .
  • Promote and ensure adherence to the company’s quality, environmental, corporate social responsibilities, health, and safety (QEHS) policies , supporting continuous improvement and zero-defect culture.
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
  • Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
  • Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
