What You'll Do
- The DevRel & Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for aligning ADI’s narrative across developers and partners and executing marketing programs that drive reach, relevance, and conversion.
- Key responsibilities include: Own the end‑to‑end execution of marketing campaigns supporting Developer Relations and strategic partnerships, from campaign planning through delivery, optimisation, and reporting.
- Align the external narrative between ADI, developers, and partners - ensuring clear, consistent storytelling that reinforces ADI’s value proposition and technical leadership.
- Act as the marketing execution counterpart to DevRel and Partner teams, translating strategy into concrete programs, timelines, and assets.
- Shared Responsibilities (DevRel & Partnerships): Messaging & Story Alignment - Ensure external developers and partners are aligned to a shared story, positioning, and messaging framework that supports ADI’s goals.
- Co‑Marketing Execution - Execute co‑marketing initiatives with partners in line with ADI brand, legal, and communications guidance - covering content, campaigns, launches, and promotions.
- Web & Content Coordination - Own marketing‑driven web content execution: what content goes where, through which channels, and by when - ensuring consistency across developer.analog.com and partner‑facing surfaces.
- Program Reach & Impact - Grow the reach and effectiveness of programs within remit through channel optimisation, campaign iteration, and performance‑driven decision making.
- Partnerships‑Specific Responsibilities Ensure all partner‑facing marketing content is co‑branded, compliant, and on‑message , working closely with legal, brand, and communications teams.
- Coordinate partner marketing deliverables including landing pages, joint announcements, campaign assets, and supporting content.
- Track and report on partner marketing performance, providing insight into reach, engagement, and downstream impact.
- DevRel‑Specific Responsibilities Plan and deliver targeted developer marketing campaigns designed to attract developers to the ADI Developer Portal and related assets.
- Oversee content distribution across key developer channels including social media, newsletters, blogs, and third‑party developer platforms.
- Optimise the developer conversion funnel —from awareness to sign‑up, SDK download, repository access, or other defined activation points.
- Partner closely with Developer Advocates and engineering teams to translate technical assets into compelling, marketing‑ready materials.
- Outcomes & KPIs Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs including reach, engagement, conversion, and program effectiveness.
- Continuously optimise campaigns and content based on data, feedback, and performance insights.
- Demonstrate clear contribution to developer adoption, partner amplification, and overall DevRel business impact.
- Role & Responsibility (ADI Standard) Lead by influence across Marketing, Developer Relations, Product, and Partner teams to deliver aligned, high‑quality marketing programs.
- Demonstrate strong marketing execution capabilities in technical or developer‑adjacent domains.
- Bring structure, clarity, and operational rigor to marketing execution in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills; strong analytical problem solving; competitive drive; initiative; relationship‑building; and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Requirements Location: EU (preferably Ireland) Proven experience in B2B, developer, platform, or ecosystem marketing , with a strong focus on execution and measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated success running multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including web, content, and digital distribution.
- Experience working with external partners, agencies, or vendors on co‑marketing initiatives.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data and optimising campaigns accordingly.
- Education: 3rd level Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience); technical background preferred.
- Travel: Yes (as required for partner and marketing activities).
- For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
- Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
- Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
