Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Engineer

What You'll Do

• Lead improvement initiatives to improve flow, cycle time, OEE, yield, and cost performance Identify operational losses and constraints through data analysis and root-cause problem solving Partner cross-functionally to implement and sustain improvement actions Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to strengthen execution discipline and standardize best practices Support fab readiness, capacity improvement, and long-term operational performance Must Have Skills Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving Proven ability to use manufacturing data to drive measurable improvement Deep understanding of semiconductor fab operations and equipment interactions Strong cross-functional leadership in a high-volume manufacturing environment Demonstrated impact improving OEE, cycle time, yield, cost, or flow Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field Significant experience in semiconductor or other complex high-volume manufacturing environments Familiarity with JMP, Minitab, SQL, or factory systems Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred #LI-AS1 For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
