Contingent Workforce Program Specialist

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Experience in procurement, managed services, workforce management, compliance, or vendor management is an advantage. • Familiarity with Contract Management Systems, DocuSign, Workday, or other HRIS is a plus. • Experience creating reports and analyzing workforce data is an advantage. • Knowledge of contingent workforce programs or staffing processes is preferred but not required.
• For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
