What You'll Do

  • Own the customer relationship end to end.
  • Build and drive a pipeline of hyperscaler and neocloud accounts, leveraging your existing relationships to get our technology in front of the right technical and commercial decision-makers.
  • Move deals forward.
  • Take opportunities from initial engagement through MOU and into commercial agreements - structuring, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Drive technology adoption.
  • Introduce a new-to-market technology to sophisticated buyers and go through the technical evaluation process, from proof-of-concept to qualification to deployment.
  • Be the customer's voice internally.
  • Work hand-in-glove with product management, engineering, pricing, and supply chain teams to translate customer requirements into roadmap, commercial terms, and delivery commitments.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and technical pitches to executive and engineering audiences alike.
  • Travel to where the business is.
  • Engage customers and partners across the U.S.
  • What You Bring Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (advanced degree a plus) 7-10 years of sales / business development experience supporting large data center customers.
  • Established, active relationships with hyperscalers and neoclouds.
  • Demonstrated success advancing deals from MOU through to signed commercial agreements.
  • Experience introducing new technology to hyperscalers / neoclouds and driving the technical evaluation and qualification process.
  • Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, pricing, and supply chain.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.
  • Preferred Familiarity with data center thermal architecture (liquid cooling, direct-to-chip equipment and components such as Coolant Distribution Units.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment inside a large company.

  • Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $113,190 to $163,905.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time , and other benefits.
