What You'll Do
- Policy Monitoring & Research Monitor government policy changes, draft regulations, and strategic national development plans.
- Conduct research and prepare reports to inform internal stakeholders of potential impacts.
- Support internal planning and compliance efforts based on emerging policy developments. 2.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management Maintain and expand relationships with government agencies, educational institutions, industry associations, and private partners.
- Represent the organization at external coordination meetings, forums, networking sessions, and events when required. 3.
- Event Coordination Support planning and logistics for official visits, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and engagement activities.
- Prepare briefing notes, agendas, presentation materials, and meeting documentation. 4.
- Cooperation & Communication Serve as a point of contact to ensure smooth communication between the organization and external parties.
- Support timely and accurate response to requests for information, documentation, or coordination. 5.
- Public Relations Support Assist in developing content, communication materials, and company good view initiatives.
- Help maintain communication channels that support positive public perception of the organization.
- Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in political science, Public Policy, International Relations, Business, Communications, or related field 0–2 years in government relations, corporate affairs, university relations, public policy, CSR, or relevant functions Stakeholder engagement, communication, coordination, research & analysis, presentation Strong command of Thai and English (written and spoken) Professional, detail-oriented, diplomatic, proactive, and able to work with diverse stakeholders Competencies Relationship Building & Networking Communication & Presentation Strategic Thinking & Policy Awareness Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination Event Planning and Execution For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
- Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
- Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
