What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day manufacturing line support: triage issues, drive containment, and coordinate disposition decisions to protect delivery and quality Monitor yield and product health; identify trends, run data-driven investigations, and drive corrective actions to closure Execute internal/external quality issue execution: root-cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and stakeholder updates Participate in product/test limits generation and change control to ensure stable production screening and clear documentation Support datasheet and spec/limit maintenance: validate changes with data and align with cross-functional partners Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen test robustness, efficiency, and product quality Key Qualifications: Proficiency in using Automatic Test Equipment and debugging of ATE test programs and test board schematics.
  • Strong knowledge of ATE programming languages such as C++, C#, Visual Basic and Python.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools like Exensio/EMA, Galaxy, JMP or other similar tools used for crunching semiconductor data (STDF).
  • Hands-on experience with lab and bench equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies and signal generators.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (Master's degree a plus) in Electronics Engineering or relevant technical disciplines.
  • Accepting New College Graduate .
  • Preferred Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and quality processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Literate in AI tools For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
  • Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
  • Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
