Associate Analyst, Supply Chain Planning

What You'll Do

• Resource Analytics : Analyze engineering resource demand, workload trends, and planning gaps across NPI and qualification activities Reporting and Visibility : Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and summaries that support resource decisions and milestone visibility Cross-Functional Coordination : Partner with engineering and operations teams to gather inputs, align priorities, and surface execution risks Must Have Skills Analytics : Strong ability to analyze planning data and turn it into actionable insight Planning Discipline : Ability to track workload, milestones, and resource needs across multiple priorities Cross-Functional Communication : Ability to work across teams to gather information, clarify issues, and maintain alignment Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience Experience in NPI, engineering operations, project planning, resource analysis, or manufacturing support is a plus Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Familiarity with reporting tools, planning systems, and spreadsheet-based analysis is a plus For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
