What You'll Do

  • Advanced Analytics & Performance Optimization Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical models and dashboards.
  • Provide data‑driven insights that support scenario analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
  • Define, measure, and report on supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive operational and strategic outcomes.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve decision‑making and enhance end‑to‑end supply chain performance.
  • Operational Efficiency Apply advanced analytical and systems-thinking techniques to improve key business processes, including: Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply Planning Manufacturing Scheduling Forecasting Inventory Optimization Capacity & Materials Planning Project Management & Collaboration Partner with senior cross‑functional leaders to deliver analytics projects that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and process improvements.
  • Lead projects independently while providing technical guidance and consultation to team members and stakeholders.
  • Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
  • Professional experience in the job offered or a closely related supply chain/operations analytics role.
  • Technical Skills & Other Requirements Experience with Supply Chain Modeling and Planning Systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, Kinaxis).
  • Proficiency in SQL .
  • Experience working with MES/ERP systems , such as SAP.
  • Proficiency in dashboard development and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
  • Competency with data analysis and statistical tools , including Python or R .
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
  • Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
  • Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

  • Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: No Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $79,108 to $108,795.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
