What You'll Do

• Most jobs have 8 major job responsibilities that represent the essential function of the position . ) * Perform deep dive root cause analysis of delivery / manufacturing performance to identify “areas of concern”.
• Analyze and identify potential delivery risk and operational performance and provide weekly highlights.
• Present findings and recommendations to different levels of management for decision and issue resolutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve known issues with the goal of improving performance.
• Communicate status updates of escalations to BU, SCM Top management, factory management.
• Take ownership and responsibility for defined role rather than allowing others to dictate outcome.
• Driven and result-oriented with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Ensure the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.
• Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.
• For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
