• We are looking for a proactive and curious Finance Analyst to support financial analysis, business partnering, and operational initiatives.
• In this role, you will be the bridge between financial data and operational reality, ensuring high accuracy in transactional processes while driving insights to improve our financial performance.
• What You Will Do Manage core financial operations by monitoring departmental spends and inventory management to explain cost variances.
• Auditing OSAT invoices to ensure alignment with production data and contract terms.
• Support monthly close, reporting, and management review processes with timely and accurate analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency, cost management, and overall financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize finance processes, reporting, and workflows.
• Support process improvement initiatives with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases, and operational reviews as needed.
• What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in Operations Finance, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Curious and driven individual with a strong learning agility - good understanding of operational and finance processes within a manufacturing or operations environment is an advantage.
• Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and drive simplification initiatives.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Excel is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing discussions through data-driven insights.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment with a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
