AI Governance Analyst

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework or ISO/IEC 42001 .
• Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government, etc.).
• Understanding of data governance, privacy laws, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Prior work with model documentation tools or AI auditing processes.
• Core Competencies Ethical reasoning — ability to identify and evaluate complex tradeoffs.
• Systems thinking — understanding how AI systems interact with people, processes, and policies.
• Risk mindset — comfort assessing uncertainty and proposing safeguards.
• Clear communication — translating technical concepts into accessible language.
• Adaptability — navigating a fast‑moving regulatory and technological landscape.
