What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth through identification and development of new business opportunities within assigned territory Build and maintain relationships with OEM/VAR partners to expand market presence Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies aligned with business objectives Provide technical consultation and customized product solutions to address customer needs Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to optimize sales approaches Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery Maintain accurate sales data and activity records in company systems Must Have Skills Technical Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of product specifications, features, and applications with ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer solutions Solution Selling: Design and present customized technical solutions that address specific customer challenges and demonstrate a clear value proposition Technical Consultation: Proficient ability to advise customers on product integration, compatibility, and implementation considerations System & Application Knowledge: Strong understanding of how products fit into broader systems and applications to provide comprehensive solutions Competitive Product Analysis: Effective knowledge of competitors' offerings to highlight unique advantages of ADI products in customer engagements Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize territory strategies and identify growth opportunities Communication Skills: Clear and persuasive communication of technical concepts to various audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a similar technical field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in technical sales or related field Demonstrated track record of successful customer relationship management Experience with OEM/VAR partner development preferred Japanese language proficiency : JLPT N1 or equivalent English language proficiency : TOEIC 650 or equivalent Note: This position is open only to candidates who already hold a valid working visa for Japan.
